INDONESIA— Kadence International has hired Dawn Herdman as qualitative director in its Jakarta office, heading up a team of four that currently works for clients in the FMCG, banking and healthcare markets.
Herdman has more than 12 years’ experience working in Asia and Europe, and lists concept development and evaluation, insight and ideation generation, ethnography and qual segmentation among her professional interests.
Kadence country manager Vivek Thomas said: “Dawn has an impressive ability to identify innovative new approaches to achieve desired outcomes and I am confident that we will benefit immensely from her global experience and strong research credentials.”
She joins the company from Research International in Thailand, which has recently been merged with TNS to form TNS Research International.
