US— Jeni Lee Chapman has been appointed executive vice president of global brand and communication consulting at Harris Interactive where she will be responsible for working to refine a product portfolio in brand strategy, communication development/testing and tracking.
Chapman (pictured) was previously at Perception Research Services where she was responsible for account management and marketing. Prior to that she spent 12 years at TNS in a variety of senior brand and communication roles, including executive vice president of the TNS Brand Practice.
At Harris, Chapman will report to president of global services George Terhanian, who said: “Jeni is an impressive thought leader with a demonstrated understanding of the implications of the changing media landscape on brand and communications research, and a strong track record of growing sales and revenues on a sustainable basis. I am confident that her proven market research and general management skills will contribute to the future success of Harris Interactive.”
Meanwhile, in the UK, Harris has appointed Lida Walsh as a senior consultant in the brand and marketing communications research department, Lauris Calnan as a senior consultant in the business and industrial sector and Farzana Jamal as a senior consultant in the media and entertainment department.
Walsh was previously an associate director at GfK NOP London, Calnan was a research consultant at Bosch and Jamal was group research manager for Gala Coral Group.
