The company has appointed Ellie Moore to the role of research manager after three years at the agency, and Kirsty Ainslie has moved to research support and operations manager after joining 18 months ago.

Harrogate-based Harlow Consulting was founded in 2019 by co-directors Jennifer Brennan and Clare Vokes.

Moore began her career in the music and performing arts sector. While working for a music charity, she found a passion for research and evaluation, which led her to complete a master’s in social research methods at Goldsmith’s University while working to improve her skills.

Ainslie’s background in administrative support and compliance comes from more than 15 years’ experience in sectors including banking, financial services, insurance and retail.

Jennifer Brennan, director at Harlow Consulting, said: “Both Ellie and Kirsty align well with our culture and values. Kirsty has an impressive background, and her organisational skills are essential for us as our agency continues to evolve, and Ellie has a proven passion, skill and flair for high-level, bespoke research work.”
