Meredith (pictured) will support Harlow Consulting’s mixed-methods research and evaluation services, working across sectors including construction, heritage, healthcare, education and the arts.

Prior to joining Harlow Consulting, Meredith worked in marketing, organisational research and intelligence, and specialist HR roles, with her most recent position being marketing manager at Pertemps Professional Recruitment Group.

Harlow Consulting was founded in 2019 by co-directors Jennifer Brennan and Clare Vokes, and works with organisations including Historic England, the Food Standards Agency, the NHS, Innovate UK, the Department for Culture, Media and Sport, Skills Development Scotland, and the British Film Institute.

Jennifer Brennan, director at Harlow Consulting, said: “Mary brings diverse skills to our team. She has an impressive background, and her communication skills are particularly valued as our agency continues to evolve.

“Mary has a passion and flair for understanding the human factors that influence organisational decision-making and change.”

Meredith added: “I’m driven by the positive impacts good research has driving practical action and positive change. It can have lasting impacts for public and private sector organisations in fields ranging from health to heritage.

“It’s also a huge draw working in a female-led business, with a focus on being a flexible, equitable and supportive work place.”
