Hall & Partners makes two new appointments to NY Health team
US — Hall & Partners has hired two new research directors to its health team in New York.
Marc DeCongelio joins from P/S/L and Frank Harrison (pictured) joins from a smaller qualitative boutique agency.
Both have over 12 years of research experience.
