Grey acquires Sensio
Sensio, founded in 1998 and led by Lucas Denjean (pictured), offers consulting, design, technology and customer acquisition. The company has around 75 staff and is headquartered in Paris.
According to the announcement, WPP is placing a greater emphasis on growth in Western Continental Europe – which includes Germany, France, Italy and Spain – as a result of the UK’s decision to leave the European Union.
Sensio’s revenues were approximately €7.7m for the year ended December 31 2016, with gross assets of around €5.7m. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
