Greenberg Strategy adds to leadership team
Bailey and Markham both join as vice-presidents, strategic planning, reporting to chief strategy officer, Iwan Thomis, and Sigman will head marketing activities in the newly created role of director of marketing, reporting to its president, Kim Lundgren.
These new hires also mark the expansion of its east coast management to better serve its clients.
Bailey has worked in the industry for more than 15 years and has previously worked at Hall & Partners and Kantar’s Millward Brown. Markham was most recently insights director with brand consultancy The Paragraph Project and spent 10 years with Omnicom’s Hall & Partners.
Sigman has more than 20 years of B2B and B2C experience and joins from Kantar’s Lightspeed Research, where she led external and internal marketing communications initiatives.
Greenberg won the Women in Research’s (WIRe) Best Places to Work award last year.
Lundgren said: “Our entire organisation strives for inclusion and diversity and that’s also reflected in our leadership. Diana, Faith and Laura will add new perspectives and contribute to the breadth of our thinking, helping us to continually raise the bar for our partners.”
