US – Research and strategy consultancy, Greenberg Strategy, has introduced Greenberg Inside, a new practice that uses its insight tools to help improve the cultural health of companies.
Greenberg Inside has been designed so organisations can identify and understand habitual patterns and develop solutions allowing businesses to create more frictionless, empathetic and higher performing workplaces.
Andrew Greenberg, CEO, Greenberg Strategy, said: “Our clients have seen a surge in employee empowerment. Clients were coming to us with these challenges and while we’ve been doing this work for years, we’ve now taken those learnings and developed tools to specifically address how to understand what’s happening in today’s environment.”
Greenberg Inside combines quantitative and qualitative research and focuses on acquisition and retention, diversity and inclusion, and engagement and experience through employee and leadership strategy.
