GERMANY— Survey software firm Globalpark has released the latest version of its Enterprise Feedback Suite, version 8.0, boasting new capabilities to recruit and gather customer feedback through Facebook.
CEO Lorenz Graef (pictured) described the upgrade as “a major step forward”.
It includes new visual analysis and reporting modules that allow users to run stats within a graphical user interface and generate charts in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and HTML.
