GlobalData launches AI agent for research platform

The update will allow users to query Ava directly for answers and actions they need in real time and in context, rather than relying on email, support tickets or manual searches.
Areas that Ava can answer questions on include methodology and product, user provisioning, analyst escalation, content discovery and general frequently asked questions.
Caroline Vojdani, global head of customer success and marketing engagement at GlobalData, says: “Ava was built to work like a real research analyst.
