GetFeedback launches new integrated feedback service

US — GetFeedback has announced the launch of its new service, GetFeedback for Salesforce.

The new service allows companies to create customer surveys that can be distributed to customers on a number of platforms. Responses can then be automatically associated with customer data in Salesforce, and individual responses can be segmented.
