Gemius replaces ComScore on Czech online study
ComScore announced it had won the three-year contract in May, but in a statement issued by Gemius today the firm quotes a SPIR executive as saying that: “After a detailed analysis of the methods and technologies offered by ComScore, we found that some of our requirements can’t be met within the expected time.”
In picking ComScore, SPIR had previously said that “the quality of ComScore’s analytical tools and their experience in the inclusion of new technologies into the measurement placed ComScore well above any other supplier in the tender process”.
ComScore was unable to give its version of events in time for publication this evening.
