US — IT industry analysis firm Gartner has announced its acquisition of Software Advice.
Software Advice offers reviews, comparisons and research on software in order to help organisations select the most appropriate product. The company is based in Austin, Texas and employs around 100 people.
Vista Point Advisors acted as financial advisor to Software Advice. The terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
