CANADA — Loyalty management company Aimia has formed a long-term strategic partnership with Fractal Analytics to boost its analytics capabilities.
As part of the partnership, Aimia is making a minority equity investment in Fractal.
The partnership expands Aimia’s analytics operations and the opportunity to embed some of Fractal’s existing predictive analytics solutions such as Customer Genomics® into Aimia’s loyalty solutions.
Eric Monteiro, chief strategy and analytics officer, Aimia, will join Fractal’s board of directors as part of the equity investment and said: “This partnership gives us dedicated access to specialised and scarce top talent as our global analytics business continues to grow.”
Fractal was established in 2000 and has 13 offices across the globe.
