Forrester revenue up 3% in 2017
Research revenues increased 1%, while its revenues from advisory services and events revenues were up 9% year-on-year.
The company’s total revenue for the fourth quarter of 2017 was $90.4m, with research revenues increasing 3%, and advisory services and events revenues up by 18% (on a constant-currency basis, research revenues increased 2%, while advisory services and events revenues grew 17%), compared to Q4 of 2016.
George F. Colony, chairman and chief executive officer at Forrester, said: "We ended 2017 on an upswing, as more large corporations responded to the challenges of the age of the customer, and our new customer engagement model has clicked into place."
He added that the company will extend this model to Europe and Asia in 2018.
