US — Online video game rental firm GameFly has contracted ForeSee Results to gauge customer opinion about its website.
ForeSee, which specialises in measuring customer satisfaction, will employ the same methodology used to produce the American Customer Satisfaction Index to gather feedback which GameFly will use to refine the navigation and performance of its website.
GameFly’s senior vice president of product development and technology, Neil Seth, said: “We strive to offer an informative and engaging site both to our loyal subscribers and to our visitors so they can navigate the GameFly site with ease and utilise our content to make decisions about the games they want to play. ForeSee Results technology will provide customer feedback which will ultimately help drive both site design and content.”
