UK— Customer satisfaction research agency ForeSee Results has appointed Mansoor Malik to the newly created position of managing director for the UK and opened a new office in London.
Malik (pictured) steps into his new role after serving as head of software sales and alliances at marketing and technology agency LBi, head of strategic development for the EMEA region at Endeca Technologies and business development manager at VistaPrint.com.
The US-based firm, which has been operating in the UK since 2007, said that it has also hired additional analysis, customer service and sales staff at the new office.
ForeSee vice president Don Morrison said: “We’ve been present in the UK for three years now and have experienced tremendous success helping both native and global companies improve their customer experience. We’re thrilled that the demand for our services and expertise has reached a point where expansion is necessary.”
