FlexMR launches updated interview tool

UK – Consumer insights agency FlexMR has created a video research tool for hosting focus groups and in-depth interviews.

Part of the FlexMR InsightHub platform, InterviewMR includes features such as high-definition video capture, interactive stimuli, annotation tools and AI-supported analysis.

InterviewMR will also allow researchers to carry out video discussions, invite participants to sessions and add features such as visual imagery and video, polls and emoji reactions.

InterviewMR fully integrates with the company’s video analysis tool VideoMR on InsightHub, with video content from InterviewMR automatically recorded and stored in VideoMR.

The new features will replace the Focus GroupMR tool in InsightHub, with all clients gaining immediate access to InterviewMR. Recordings from Focus GroupMR will continue to remain accessible in the VideoMR library.
