First public sector wins for Spring Research

UK— Spring Research has won its first public sector clients – Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs, the Central Office of Information and communications watchdog Ofcom.

The firm secured places on each organisation’s roster earlier in the year and has since carried out projects looking at the effectiveness of public sector communications campaigns in two projects for Revenue and Customs and one for Ofcom.

Steve Phillips, Spring’s founder and CEO, said: “It’s an exciting area for us to get into. It gives us the opportunity to apply some of our innovative approaches to understanding motivations in the public realm.”
