As co-chief executive officer, Chhabra will lead Factworks’ strategic initiatives and growth in the region, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners and employees.

Chhabra has been with Factworks for nine years as a senior director, and prior to Factworks held senior positions at Nielsen’s consumer packaged goods, telecommunications and technology divisions.

Bichler said: “As client demand continues to increase, we are expanding our teams across offices in the US, Europe and Asia.
“I’m thrilled to announce Anchal’s appointment as co-CEO. At Factworks, we value diverse perspectives and believe that the co-CEO model is an ideal fit for our organisation.”

Chhabra added: “I’m excited about stepping into this new role, as it provides me with the opportunity to continue working with truly remarkable individuals, and shape both the company’s culture and relationships with clients as we drive growth in the coming years.”
