UK — Strategic insight agency Face has appointed Matt Arnold as European head of qualitative research.
Arnold will report directly to Face UK managing director Job Muscroft and the new position will see him responsible for managing the research team at Face and overseeing all the collaborative and insight-led research projects conducted for an expanding portfolio of global clients including Coca Cola, HSBC, O2 and Reckitt Benckiser.
He joins from The Nursery, where he was director responsible for running key accounts, developing new business and overseeing quality control.
“[Arnold’s] appointment comes at an incredibly exciting time at Face,” says Andrew Needham, CEO of Face. “We recently opened offices in Hong Kong, Singapore and New York as part of our global expansion, and we are soon to announce a major new research product, an advanced social media insight and planning platform that will put us further streets ahead of the competition.”
