Emplifi launches from merger of Astute and Socialbakers
Emplifi has offices in the US, UK, Europe and Asia-Pacific and its client base includes Delta Air Lines, Ford and McDonald’s.
Under the new name, the Audax-backed company aims to offer brands a ‘unified’ customer experience platform that combines social media, marketing, customer care and commerce.
Mark Zablan, chief executive, Emplifi, said: “Our brand Emplifi reflects our mission to help our customers better empathise with their customers and amplify their brand experiences – wherever they might be.”
