US – Following customer engagement company Astute Solutions’ acquisition of social media marketing business Socialbakers last year, the combined company has rebranded as customer experience platform Emplifi.
Emplifi has offices in the US, UK, Europe and Asia-Pacific and its client base includes Delta Air Lines, Ford and McDonald’s.
Under the new name, the Audax-backed company aims to offer brands a ‘unified’ customer experience platform that combines social media, marketing, customer care and commerce.
Mark Zablan, chief executive, Emplifi, said: “Our brand Emplifi reflects our mission to help our customers better empathise with their customers and amplify their brand experiences – wherever they might be.”
