UK — eDigitalResearch has reported a 20% rise in annual revenue to £7.5m – its 14th consecutive year of growth.
The company, which specialises in customer feedback programmes, said the rise in revenue came from a mix of new and existing clients, including international project wins.
Growth in revenue has been matched by an expansion in staff – 13 new team members were hired in the past year, the company said.
