UK — Voice of the customer company eDigitalResearch has seen its most successful year to date with a turnover of close to £10m for the 2014/15 financial year.
This represents 25% year on year growth, and is the fifteenth consecutive year that the company has recorded growth to its business.
“This is a really exciting time for us at eDigitalResearch,” said Chris Russell, chairman. “Our aim from day one has been to provide our clients with actionable insight using leading-edge digital methodologies. The fact that we’re now in our fifteenth year and still doing this, but on a global level, is a fantastic achievement.”
The company has hired an additional 22 members of staff over the last year, and has also launched an updated vision and branding, including a new website to be released soon.
