UK — eDigitalResearch has hired former clientside researcher Caroline Ashley as senior research manager.
Ashley (pictured) joins the customer feedback specialist following stints at Royal Sun Alliance, Virgin Atlantic and Fox Kids Europe.
She joins alongside research manager Amy Appleton and Kirsten McLean. Appleton previously worked in customer experience and management roles at Virgin Media and B&Q, while McLean worked agency-side at GAPbuster Worldwide and Thatcham Research.
