DNA acquires Plaid Skirt Marketing in digital expansion
As part of the acquisition Plaid Skirt Marketing’s president Skip Graham (pictured) will join the company as chief strategy officer. DNA says the acquisition will elevate the firm’s social media capabilities, which are increasingly critical to SEO.
The company adds that it will shift from search alone to being a search and digital marketing agency, steered by Graham with DNA CEO Aaron Baker.
“DNA’s commitment to digital market innovation is matched only by their commitment to their clients. We will focus on providing the most robust search, social, affiliate, and digital brand solutions to current and future clients,” said Graham.
The acquisition was finalised on 1 November. The integrated company will operate as a whole under the DNA name.
