Dive names country manager for Sweden

Schramm (pictured) has been part of the Dive Custitude team for almost six years, holding previous roles of head of operations and account manager, and will be tasked with developing the company’s presence in Sweden.
Dive Custitude is Dive’s mystery shopping and customer development business in Sweden, following the firm’s acquisition of Custitude in 2023.
Custitude’s former managing director Lotta Eriksson was named country manager for Dive in Sweden as a result of the acquisition, and left the role and the company earlier this year.
Dive is based in the Nordics, Baltics and Poland, and is part of Statco, a holding company that was formed by Dive alongside market research business Rait and panel firm Intra in 2022.
Kerli Zeiger-Soosaar, chief executive at Dive, said: “Julia has shown great leadership and a genuine dedication to our clients and colleagues throughout her time with us. She knows the business well and is well positioned to take Dive Custitude forward.”
Schramm added: “After five years in the team, this feels both natural and very inspiring. Together with our clients and colleagues, I look forward to continuing to develop customer experiences that create real value.”
