DENMARK – Northern European mystery shopping and customer service improvement firm Dive has acquired Danish mystery shopping business Shoptimizer for an undisclosed amount.
The acquisition is effective immediately and will be managed by Dive’s Danish division Servicemind, which will be rebranded as Dive Shoptimizer in the future.
All existing Shoptimizer contracts, projects and personnel will be transferred to ServiceMind.
Shoptimizer specialises in methodologies such as mystery shopping, exit interviews and store checks to examine customer experience and brand loyalty.
