Dive acquires Norwegian mystery shopping firm
The acquisition will be overseen by Dive’s Norwegian division, Ukjent Kunde, which will eventually rebrand as Dive SeeYou.
Both companies said they are committed to making sure that there is a smooth transition for clients and partners, with all existing contracts, projects and personnel being integrated into the new structure.
SeeYou has run for 22 years and focuses on methodologies such as mystery shopping, exit interviews, customer tracking and store checks.
Dive is a mystery shopping and customer service improvement firm with offices in eight countries across the Nordics, the Baltics and Poland, and is part of STATCO, a data and research business group comprising Dive, RAIT and Intra.
