Discuss.io makes senior promotions

US – Online research platform Discuss.io has promoted Jim Longo to chief strategy officer and Jeremy Radcliffe to vice-president, global head of sales.

Longo, one of the co-founders of Discuss.io in 2013, was previously senior vice-president of sales and research solutions.

In his new role, he will be tasked with helping clients scale qualitative research and raising awareness of insights within enterprise organisations.

Simon Glass, chief executive of Discuss.io, said: “Jim is a strategic thinker and has been a pioneer in the insights profession for many years. He’s also been blazing the trail in regards to consumer closeness programs and helping global brands establish them successfully (especially critical now during Covid-19 times)”.

Radcliffe joined the company in 2020, and has previously held senior enterprise sales roles at Kantar, Clavis and DoubleClick. He takes over from Longo in his new role.
