US – Video insight company has added a set of insight tools to its platform, based on artificial intelligence (AI) and natural language processing (NLP).

The tools will allow researchers to collect, analyse and store video clips of participant conversations, obtaining insights from unstructured data. 

Users of the platform will now be able to tag videos, identify themes and analyse keywords and sentiment using NLP.’s global headquarters are in Seattle and it has offices in Boston and London. 

Jim Longo, co-founder and chief strategy officer at, said: “We know that our clients spend a lot of time finding and documenting insights; this remains the most important output of consumer interviews and focus groups.”
