Discuss creates chief growth officer role

In his new role, Mertz will lead Discuss’ growth strategy, focusing on collaboration and coordination across product, sales and marketing.

Mertz previously worked on Discuss’ generative artificial intelligence work and research model, and has been at the company since 2021, before which he worked in the tech industry.
