UK — DigitalMR has made its private online communities software as a service available to marketing and market research companies.
The company said that while previously available solely to end clients, global agencies could now integrate eCommunity into their own market research projects and also partner with DigitalMR to execute multilingual private online community projects or longer-term programmes using the eCommunity platform.
DigitalMR’s CEO, Michalis Michael said: “With this move, a new route to the customer opens up for DigitalMR whilst at the same time an eCommunity can open up a new route to consumers for the brands that use it.”
