Curiosity co-founder to Join The Dots as research director

Sally Lewis, another former Curiosity researcher, also joins the firm as senior research manager.

Prior to Curiosity, Lewis was insight and innovation manager at Keep Britain Tidy.

Cumming, meanwhile, was customer leader for insurance firm More Than and started his career working in marketing, strategy and insight roles at Royal & Sun Alliance.

He founded Liverpool-based Curiosity in 2006 with David Kirby and Carl Wong, who continue to lead the business.
