Culture Engineers founded by former researcher

New business News People UK

UK – Ashley Walker, former Hall & Partners director and vice-president of Research Now, has set up a consulting firm, Culture Engineers.

The boutique agency will work with clients developing their organisational culture to boost competitive advantage.

It will offer services including internal and external communications strategy, employee experience and employer branding.

Walker said: “According to studies, only 13% of employees worldwide are engaged at work. It’s time businesses got serious about organisational culture. In times of change, it is even more important and many times ignored or overlooked.”

Culture Engineers has a global team of management, communication, branding, and people consultants with its headquarters in London.
