US— Customer experience measurement agency Confero has appointed Janet Morrison as business development manager.
She joins the firm from banking group BB&T where she was regional sales and marketing officer in charge of relaying mystery shopping goals and results to staff and management.
Confero president Elaine Buxton said: “I am pleased to welcome Janet to Confero. I am confident that her extensive experience, particularly with mystery shop evaluations, will be a great addition. We look forward to contributions for years to come.”
Morrison has more than 20 years of marketing and sales experience, and 18 years of experience in the financial services industry. Her background includes leading client service and sales initiatives, business development, sales management, marketing research and focus group moderation.
