Cross Marketing Group acquires Kadence

JAPAN — Cross Marketing Group (CMG) has announced its acquisition of Kadence International.

This deal follows CMG’s acquisition of shares in Markelytics Solutions India and MedePanel Online in August 2013. CMG will make no changes to the organisation’s brand or management structure.

“Acquiring Kadence is a bold and strategic move for our organisation and will inject a further 350 employees into the group, bringing our overall headcount to more than 1,000 employees worldwide,” said CMG CEO Miki Igarashi. “It will, we believe, result in improved services for our clients by giving us access to Kadence’s wealth of skill, insight and experience.

“Moreover, thanks to Kadence’s extensive international reach, the acquisition will underpin our emergence as a truly global research business.”

Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
