CRMnext adds sentiment to social CRM analytics

INDIA — Customer relationship management (CRM) product company CRMnext has added real-time sentiment analysis to its latest social CRM analytics.

The platform analyses user-generated content from social networks such as Twitter and Facebook to collate content related to band, product and competitors in the form of listings, reports and dashboards on a real-time basis.

CRMnext product architect Manoj Kumar said: “Social media conversations are becoming critical for brands to gain popularity or lose customers. Effective monitoring, quantifying and prompt actions can help a brand to gain competitive advantage.”
