Consumer Contact launches in the US
The new firm, Consumer Contact US, will carry out interviews for US clients from a newly constructed call centre in Cheektowaga, New York.
CEO Derek Bildfell (pictured) said: “Consumer Contact is a growth company that is expanding its customer experience management solutions. Within this expansion is the need for additional customer interviewing capacity. As our business expands in the US as well as Canada, we feel now is the ideal time to open a US call centre.”
The firm operates five similar call centres in Canada.
