Confirmit teams up with Plum Voice for IVR surveys

US— Research software maker Confirmit has teamed up with automated telephony firm Plum Voice to provide interactive voice response (IVR) services for data collection.

Confirmit said its customers will now be able to create “a flexible, fully automated telephone-based survey that collects and reports data in real-time”.

Senior vice president of marketing Gary Schwartz said: “By combining this crucial data collection channel with Confirmit’s advanced reporting and alerting capabilities, companies can capture the voice of the customer immediately after an interaction – enabling them to take immediate action to retain customers and create positive customer experiences.”
