Confirmit and FocusVision expand senior team
Baleva (pictured) previously held a similar role for FocusVision as head of its qualitative business unit and has worked for the company for eight years.
Sara Cohen has also been appointed as chief people officer, having previously been chief people officer at FocusVision.
Prior to joining FocusVision in 2019, Cohen worked for firms including Xaxis and Edelman.
Rebecca Wright has also been made chief legal officer, having previously held the same role at Confirmit. Her previous positions before joining Confirmit in 2020 were at Rosetta Stone and Brady PLC.
Confirmit and FocusVision completed a merger last week, having agreed a deal at the beginning of 2021, with branding and strategy to be launched in the second quarter of the year.
The merged company has already announced its chief executive, Kyle Ferguson, and president/chief financial officer, Chris Nagy.
Ferguson said: “Zhana, Sara and Rebecca are welcome members of the new leadership team. Each of these women have achieved great things and contributed enormously to our plans for our new business.”
