Forsta was formed earlier this year from the merger of Confirmit and FocusVision.

Wylutzki-Boehme (pictured) joins the company from Tivian, formerly Questback, where he spent over five years in commercial roles. He is based in the Duesseldorf/Cologne area.

Giles Whiting, chief operating officer and head of the voice of customer (VOC) and voice of employee (VOE) business, said: “Volker brings years of significant VOC and VOE experience together with a deep knowledge of big data and data analytics.

Volker is inspired by data and the opportunity it presents to transform business. I am looking forward to seeing him play his part in not only transforming our DACH business, but also ensuring we and our clients grow smarter together.”

Confirmit and FocusVision finalised their merger in March 2021 and the combined organisation rebranded to Forsta in April.
