UK— Nunwood has hired a former client, ex-Vodafone insight chief Andy Moore, as strategy director with responsibility for its brand and communications centre of expertise.
Moore comes to the agency after eight years running the mobile phone giant’s global customer insight function, during which time he commissioned Nunwood to handle Vodafone’s worldwide customer experience management programme.
“I got to know my current employer very well when clientside and I liked what I saw,” said Moore. “I was ready for a new challenge and felt Nunwood was superbly placed to develop in line with my vision of what a strategic insight consultancy should look like.”
Prior to Vodafone, Moore held senior international insight roles at Mars and PepsiCo. His arrival at Nunwood follows that of James Walker, the former global president of Accenture Marketing Sciences, who took the role of chief strategy and development officer in November.
