CivicScience agrees sports journal data partnership

US – Consumer intelligence platform CivicScience has partnered with Sports Business Journal, a sports media publication, to support its coverage and analysis of the industry.

The partnership will see Sports Business Journal have access to CivicScience’s consumer intelligence platform to allow it to analyse sports fan behaviour, spending patterns and other emerging trends.

The launch was accompanied by the release of Fifa World Cup consumer data covering consumer sentiment, viewing preferences and engagement patterns around the tournament, which is due to take place in 2026 across the US, Canada and Mexico.

John Dick, founder and chief executive at CivicScience, said: “This partnership represents a significant milestone in our mission to bring real-time consumer insights to the business of sports.”
