UK— Robin Shuker, co-founder and managing director of online qual research technology firm ChatCloud, has resigned after just over a year.
Shuker, who previously ran BIA Research, said he will be pursuing other business interests. He will continue to support ChatCloud in a consultancy role and is still a shareholder.
ChatCloud will now be run by its board of directors, chaired by Terry Donegan, and does not currently plan to replace Shuker in the role of MD.
Shuker said: “I am very proud of what ChatCloud has achieved over the last 12 months in developing a great range of online qualitative research products.”
The firm, whose software can be used for online surveys, groups and one-to-one video interviews, was set up last year by Shuker, Donegan, Simon Perry and Mark Haddon. They were later joined by strategy director Ross Broadbent and research director Cathrene Rowell.
