Botezat (pictured right) and Whyte (pictured left) were both research managers based in Catalyx’s London office, and will take on greater roles within the firm’s strategy department following their promotions.

Specifically, both will help to lead and manage consumer research projects for clients, identify clients’ research objectives and translate them into research design, lead the delivery of research projects from commission to debrief, and carry out client presentations.

Yvan Goupil, head of client strategy at Catalyx, said: “I am thrilled to recognise the promotions of Sophie and Tana to strategy managers.

“Their proactive approaches, outstanding project management and problem-solving skills, plus a unique ability to deliver compelling insights and recommendations to our clients have made a significant impact. I’m excited to see them continue to thrive at Catalyx.”
