Catalyx hires three in UK and US

UK – Innovation consultancy Catalyx has recruited three senior staff, including Lauren Hawes as senior client strategy director in the company’s US team.

Hawes (pictured centre) will be based in Chicago and previously worked in Kantar’s US business, as well as for companies including Arc/Leon Burnett and Starcom.

Matt Catchpole (pictured right) and James Hodder (pictured left) have also both joined Catalyx as lead strategists, based in the firm’s London office.

Catchpole was previously strategy director at Hall & Partners and has prior experience at Motif and Kantar.

Hodder had a prior role as client manager, brand at Kantar and has held roles at SKIM and Nielsen Consumer Neuroscience.
