US – Research automation technology company PureSpectrum has promoted David Butler to the position of chief client officer.
Butler joined the Los Angeles-based company in 2016 as vice-president of client success. Joining the leadership team, he will now be responsible for customer experience and play a key role in the development of future products.
Michael McCrary, founder and chief executive, PureSpectrum, said: “David has played an integral role in the growth of PureSpectrum. He has a unique ability to translate client needs in a way that solves problems with a technology-first approach.”
PureSpectrum offers a technology framework for sample procurement, fielding and end-to-end research process automation.
