Boxclever hires two

UK – Research agency Boxclever Consulting has appointed Natasha Ward as associate director in its qualitative team and Ashleigh Vayonitis as finance operations manager.

Natasha Ward

Ward (pictured) was most recently at Acacia Avenue, where she held roles including associate director and research manager across five years at the organisation.

In addition, Ward recently completed a three-year term on the AQR board, where she helped chair and organise the AQR Conference and sat on the judging panel for the AQR Parker Prize.

Other prior roles include spells at YouGov and Healthwatch Surrey, as well as working in health and social care.

Vayonitis previously worked at the finance department at Farrands in Leeds, and will help support Boxclever’s financial operations.

Claire Booreman, director at Boxclever, said: “Natasha brings an incredible breadth of experience, a real passion for the industry and a brilliant understanding of the human side of research. Her experience across financial services, public services and brand and communications is a fantastic fit for our team, and we’re excited to see the impact she’ll have.

Ashleigh is joining us at an important stage in our growth and will be a really valuable addition to the business. We’re always looking at how we can strengthen what happens behind the scenes so our teams can do their best work and Ashleigh will play a key role in that.”
