UK – Leeds-based insight consultancy Boxclever has created five centres of excellence to address core business challenges faced by consumer insight teams.

The centres focus on market scoping and sizing, segmentation and targeting, journeys and decisions, proposition development and pricing, and branding and communications.

Boxclever said each centre of excellence would seek to combine a clear point of view on what it takes to succeed, a curated set of best practices developed from client projects, and a team of specialists.

Boxclever director Dan Young explained: “We have a brilliant team and a strong legacy of client impact, but in a noisy and competitive market, we recognised the need for a clearer, sharper way to show up for clients and to share what makes working with Boxclever different.

“It’s our hope that the centres of excellence will help to streamline brief-writing and decision-making at the start of the research process, as well as driving growth and impact at the end.”
